Southport Copywriting Agency Now Accepts Southport Gift Cards

Southport copywriting agency, Write Again Ltd, is delighted to announce that it now accepts Southport Gift Cards as payment.

The Southport Gift Card initiative was launched in 2020 by Southport BID (Business Improvement District) to help Southport businesses recover from the devastating effects the COVID-19 lockdowns had on the town. It is designed to boost the local economy by encouraging Southport residents to spend money with local businesses.

Despite only being introduced last year, many Southport town centre retailers, hospitality venues, and leisure destinations currently accept Southport Gift Cards, and it is already popular with Southport residents. Increasing numbers of local businesses are also choosing to give them to employees and colleagues as presents.

Write Again Ltd is one of the first professional services to join the scheme, and certainly the first copywriting agency in the town to accept Southport Gift Cards.

Luke Randles, Southport BID Business Engagement Officer, said, “We’re delighted to welcome Write Again to the Southport Gift Card scheme and think they’ve shown great initiative by making it easier for local businesses to get the professional copywriting they need.

“Our data analysis shows that many Southport Gift Cards are spent by consumers in retail, hospitality and leisure establishments, and we think that giving a Southport Gift Card to a business owner is a great idea. It enables them to spend less money to get the content they need for their website, brochures, or other marketing materials.”

Matthew James, Founder of Write Again Ltd said, “We fully understand that copywriting is not always the highest priority for many local business owners right now. But by accepting and promoting the Southport Gift Card we’re making it easier for new and existing businesses to work with us.”

Local businesses perhaps don’t have the available budgets for sales, marketing and digital that they would have wanted, due to the devastating effects that the lockdowns had on Southport. This means they can’t afford to lose out on sales, contracts or tenders, and so need their written materials to generate the required return on investment.

Amanda Swift, Write Again Ltd director of operations commented, “In our experience, many business owners are too busy meeting customer and client needs at the moment to focus on their marketing, website content and promotional materials. By accepting the Southport Gift Card as payment for our copywriting services, we can give them one less thing to worry about.”

Write Again Ltd founder, Matthew, is a ProCopywriters member, and has over 15 years of commercial website content creation and copywriting experience gained from helping businesses of all sizes from tradespeople to Premier League football clubs.
