Southport FC back in training with a work out on Crosby beach

The lads reported back for training and a gruelling session on Crosby Beach lay in wait for them.

There were a few new faces amongst the group joining in with the session.

It started out in reasonable, but windy conditions but as the dark clouds rolled in and the thunder clapped in the distance it turned very nasty, the beach cleared very quickly but the lads trained on!
