17 year old boy arrested in Southport. Police find large quantity of drugs at his home

A 17 year old boy was detained after making off from officers on Bath Street. On initial search the boy was found in possession of 29 bags of suspected class A drugs.

After his arrest, a more thorough search at custody resulted in finding the boyto be in possession of a large quantity of cash and a subsequent search of his home address resulted in finding significant quantities of cannabis resin, cannabis buds and suspected class A drugs.
