18-Year-Old Man From Kirkby Arrested For Multiple Bike Thefts in Southport

An 18 year old man from Kirkby was arrested in Southport in Saturday, on suspicion of the thefts of four bikes in sperate incidents over recent months and also of 'going equipped for theft'. All the bikes were stolen from the Ocean Plaza Retail site area.
The man gave no comment in interview and has since been given Police bail until 13th February next year with the following conditions....
1/ Not to enter Ocean Plaza Southport
2/ Live and sleep at a given address in Kirkby
3/ Curfew 8pm / 6am and to present to officers at front door during those times.
4/ Sign on at Kirkby Police station every Thursday
Investigations into these thefts and of other cycle thefts in Southport continue.
