Have you seen this man? Police are appealing for help in finding a 30-year-old man from Litherland who is wanted on a recall to prison for breach of his licence conditions.

David Kellaher has breached his licence conditions following his release after serving a sentence for a drug offence.

He is described as 6ft tall, medium build, short dark hair and brown eyes.
He has links to the Netherton area.
