34-Year-Old Man Faces Kidnap and Assault Charges in Southport

A man has been charged following an incident at an address in Southport after gaining entry and assaulting the occupant on Sunday 15 February.

The male victim in his 40s has sustained non-life threatening injuries.

Yesterday, Lee Jevons, 34 years, was charged with kidnap and two counts of Actual Bodily Harm.

He will appear at Liverpool Magistrates Court today (Tuesday 17 February)

A 31-year-old woman who was also arrested in connection with the incident has been released with no further action.
