Abandoned Vehicle In Southport (A.V.I.S.)

A distinctive red Mini in the cycle lane on Hoghton Street in Southport has been abandoned. The A.V.I.S has a target logo on the roof. Parking wardens have already given the vehicle a penalty notice 

The front windows of the Mini are open.It is not known if the vehicle has broken down or been stolen.
