Abandoned Vehicle In Southport (AVIS)

This Peugeot has been abandoned in Mosley Street in Southport. The vehicle has not moved in over a week. The whole of the front of the car is missing and oil is leading onto the road surface.

A check on the You Gov website reveals that thee vehicle is taxed but has no MOT.
