AFC Telford v Southport preview

sfc

The second of five away games in a row comes on Saturday with a visit to AFC Telford. Kick Off 3pm.

The temperatures are set to drop but our hosts have covers and heat lamps so don’t expect any weather issues. Do check before travel though.

It was a disappointing defeat in Blyth. We were on the wrong end of two poor offside decisions and what looked like a stonewall penalty but we had chances to put the game to bed early on and need to make these pay.

Keenan Quansah will be available for selection after serving his two match ban.

Form Line-After losing 8 games in a row Telford, whilst still sitting bottom and 9 points from safety have been much improved of late losing just one of their last seven games with 4 draws. Two draws against Chester over the Christmas  holidays have given rise to the hope that whilst relegation was looking a certainty they are in with a chance of a great escape.
