Assault on passenger and train driver abused on Southport to Liverpool line

Officers believe she may have key information after a member of the public was assaulted and a member of rail staff was verbally abused.
At around 6.50pm on Saturday, 17 July at Waterloo station, Merseyside, a woman was abusive to the train driver and then assaulted a passenger onboard the train service. She then caused a disturbance on the platform impacting other members of the public.
Officers believe the woman shown in this CCTV image has information which could help them investigate.
