Bates Farms to Expand Across Merseyside with Recent Acquisition

Bates farms and Dairy LTD is set to expand its operation across Merseyside with the acquisition of a number of distribution sites from Liverpool’s longstanding Morton’s Dairies.

The operations at Maghull, Anfield, Speke and Knowsley will be coming over to Bates.

Building on Morton’s well-established regional coverage, the deal will boost the delivery network of Bates’ in the city of Liverpool area.

With the security of jobs within the four depots it is anticipated that the move will be welcomed within the community.

We as a family are really excited about the deal as the values of Morton’s including community, quality, service and heritage align very much with our own.

We celebrate being 85 years old this year and with this deal we certainly hope to see many more birthdays.
