Big clean up to take place at RSPB Marshside near Southport
Saturday 26 March 11-3pm
Join RSPB staff and volunteers to help us clear litter and tidal debris from this important stretch of Saltmarsh. Seasonal high tides and recent storms have bought in large quantities of unsightly and damaging tidal rubbish.
Tools, gloves and training will be provided on the day.
Please wear suitable clothing and footwear as this is an exposed site and can be very muddy. Children are welcome but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Unfortunately, this activity is not suitable for pushchairs or wheelchairs. No dogs please.
This is a drop in event so there is no need to book.
This event is free but donations are always welcome.
Meet at RSPB car park, Marshside Reserve, Marine Drive, Southport.
