British Transport Police will be at Southport Station and the rest of the network today
Southport LPT are out and about on the network today, supporting Merseyrail staff and customers on the Merseyrail Northern line and trains towards Burscough and beyond.

When to use the service

When to call 999
Always dial 999 when you need an urgent police response:
- A crime is happening
- Someone suspected of a crime is nearby
- Someone is injured, being threatened or in danger
