Bus shelter on Southport Road becoming a serious health hazard

A bus shelter on Southport Road is becoming a health hazard. The shelter located opposite Pool Hey Lane has a litter bin next to it.

This bin has been stuffed full of bags of dog poo which is now overflowing onto the pavement and into the bus shelter.

The smell is awful and anybody waiting for a bus would find it nauseous.

Responsibility for the bin is with West Lancs Council.
