Celebrated Gardener David Domoney to Join 100th Anniversary of Southport Flower Show

Southport Flower Show are delighted to announce that Love Your Garden and ITV This Morning resident gardener David Domoney will be joining us at next year’s 100th anniversary show on Saturday 17th August.

David has over 40 years’ experience in horticulture and 20 of these have been spent on national television. Having become a household name, not only is he a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Horticulture, he’s a decorated garden designer and the mastermind behind UK-wide gardening competitions, such as Cultivation Street and Young Gardeners of the Year.

With a collection of 35 Royal Horticultural Society medals to his name, including Best in Category and Chelsea Gold awards, David was selected by HRH Prince Edward to receive the Award for Excellence in Horticultural Career Development in recognition of his outstanding accomplishments.

For next year’s show, we have partnered with multi award winning Holden Clough Nurseries and are very excited to be working with them to develop the horticultural elements of the show.
