Churchtown Squirrels and Beavers Dive Into the World of Policing
Last night, Churchtown Squirrels and Beavers (62nd Southport Scouts) took part in a session on “What the Police Do,” along with learning how to dial 999. Three fantastic groups, totalling just under 50 children. There was loads of great interaction and plenty of questions from the children.
They also loved the chance to try on the dress‑up police uniform and switch on the blue lights in our marked car. An absolutely brilliant set of children who fully deserved their “PCSO Barry” stickers for being so well‑behaved.
As always, if you have any groups—children or adult community groups—that you’d like us to come and speak with, we’re more than happy to arrange this with you.
