Corridor Bar becomes Southport FC’s catering partner
Southport FC are pleased to announce their latest new commercial partnership with the Corridor Bar & Eatery becoming the club’s catering partner for matchday hospitality and event hire.
The Lord Street based, family run business has over 40 years’ experience in commercial hospitality and catering and, with all food being homemade and wherever possible using only local suppliers for ingredients, has gained an impressive reputation in the local hospitality sector.
In addition to its outdoor catering services, the Corridor Bar at 573 Lord Street is a place where you can indulge yourself in a wide selection of quality, home-cooked meals and delicious tapas lunch from its extensive menu. Furthermore, the Corridor comes alive at night, with great music and an extensive drinks’ choice and is a popular destination on Southport’s Northern Quarter scene.
The Corridor’s owner, Shaun Jenkins said: “At the Corridor Bar & Eatery, we pride ourselves on providing the best hospitality experiences for each of our customers and are excited by this new partnership with Southport Football Club, which also shares this same approach and values.”
As part of the partnership, all Southport FC match ticket holders (including club memberships and season tickets, as well as supporters buying single match tickets) are being offered a whopping 15% discount off all food orders placed at the Corridor Bar & Eatery by simply showing their membership/season ticket card or match ticket when they place their order.
Mr Jenkins added, “Football supporters are the lifeblood of our local community and it is important to us that not only the club’s VIP hospitality guests can enjoy what we do, but every other supporter too, hence the 15% discounted food offer. We look forward to seeing as many ‘Port and visiting fans as possible calling in to the Corridor during the season.”
Steve Dewsnip, Southport FC’s Head of Commercial & Operations said: “As we continue to extend the scale and scope of our matchday hospitality packages and our non-football function room hire activities, it is vitally important that we have a reliable catering partner that shares our vision. Although it’s early days, the feedback on the quality of the food prepared by the Corridor we have received already from guests and sponsors has been excellent.”
He added, “If you haven’t already been able to take advantage of this by buying a matchday VIP hospitality ticket, I would encourage you to make your booking as soon as possible to avoid missing out this season.”
