Disgusting mess in Sandbrook Way Southport

Residents in the area around Sandbrook Way in Woodvale are trying to get three overflowing wheelie bins removed from the back of the boarded  up social club.

The three bins have been there for months and people going to the Health Centre and the St John Stone's Roman Catholic Parish Church have to walk past them after parking in the adjacent car park.

Thousands of flies are buzzing round the bins. The bins are not Sefton Council ones and appear to have been abandoned by their owners.

A local resident commented that at night huge rats can be seen crawling out of the bins and to have this opposite the Health Centre is disgusting.

Sefton Council will be informed about this.
