Drug dealer arrested after 100 mph chase along the A565 near Banks

This car failed to stop for #HO30 in Preston. The driver reached speeds in excess of 100mph before abandoning near to the border with Merseyside. The driver was detained & found to be in possession of a large amount of cannabis & cash. Arrested for multiple offences.
