Emergency services in the Kings Gardens

The emergency services were called to the Kings Gardens this evening. Police and Ambulance were at the Pleasureland end of the Marine Lake. Large parts of the area were cordoned off . Officers at the scene refused to comment about the incident. The police press office has been contacted for comment.

Witnesses at the scene said a body had been pulled from the water but this has to be confirmed .
