Based on Land Registry figures, Rightmove reports the average price for detached homes in Southport over the last year was £396,260.

A new phase has just been released at Elan’s popular Balmoral Gardens development, offering a choice of properties to suit a variety of buyers and budgets.

Current prices start from £197,995 for a two-bedroom mid-terrace Audley.
