The family of a woman who died in a road traffic collision in Halsall, have paid tribute to her.

Officers attended North Moor Lane, Halsall, on Monday morning after reports of a serious collision and sadly Sarah Kirsty Lumb, 42, from Southport, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Her family are being supported by specially trained officers and our thoughts are with them at this very sad time.

Sarah’s daughter Jess, said: “She was an amazing, compassionate and loving mother, who will be dearly missed. Sarah played many roles as well as being a mother.

“She was a person who put everything and everyone before herself... she was the glue that held everyone together, and for that I am thankful to call her my mother.”

Sarah’s fiancé Chris, said: “Sarah was a beautiful, amazing mother, sister and partner, there is a whole in our life that can never be repaired. Love you and miss you like crazy.
“Until we meet again Chris.”

Sarah’s younger brother Anthony, said: “My beautiful big sis. You have always been there for me from day one, until now, you can finally be at ease and be with our mum looking down at all of us, I'm going to miss you so much sis. Love you forever your little bro Anthony.”
