Farmfoods. Burglars leave safe in car park
Burglars have broken into Farmfoods during the night and attempted to steal the safe. They got the safe as far as the car park where it was abandoned.
The safe can be seen behind the white van in the picture.
The burglars are believed to have made off in a white BMW which was involved in a high speed chase with 3 Police cars along Benthams Way at 2.20 this morning.
Driving around roundabouts the wrong way the burglars managed to evade capture for the time being.
