Final Lineup For Last-Chance Qualifier At Royal Birkdale Unveiled

The twelve golfers to compete in the Last-Chance Qualifier at Royal Birkdale on Monday 13 July have been announced by The R&A.

The final place in The 154thOpen will be the prize on offer as players compete over 18 holes of stroke play starting at 7.30am BST to determine the winner. In the event of a tie after 18 holes, a play-off will take place.

The field has been determined by the criteria previously announced in December last year and will include the following golfers who have accepted invites to compete:

  3. Matt Moloney (a)

  4. Joe Dean

  5. Sam Easterbrook (a)

  6. Adri Arnaus

  7. John Gough

  8. Angel Hidalgo

  9. Charles Huntzinger

  10. Marcus Helligkilde

  11. Andrew Wilson

  12. Wesley Bryan

The field is subject to change between now and the Last-Chance Qualifier starting on Monday 13 July. The draw for the Last-Chance Qualifier will be announced on Saturday 11 July.
