First Deployment of Knife Arch Successful at Southport College

OPERATION:SCEPTRE began in Southport on Monday morning, with the knife arch being deployed at Southport College. This is the first of a number of locations the knife arch will be used this week.
Pictured are Constables Ritchie and Baker just before the students started to arrive. No knives were found on this occasion and we are grateful to the staff of Southport College for their support in this initiative.
