Five-Hour Fight Against Flames on Turning Lane in Scarisbrick

On the 19th of May 2024, at 10:23am, firefighters attended a domestic property fire on Turning Lane, Scarisbrick. Firefighters from Southport, Preston, and Ormskirk, along with an aerial ladder platform from Preston, were dispatched to the scene. Four firefighters equipped with breathing apparatus utilized three hose reels and one high-pressure hose reel to extinguish the blaze. The firefighting efforts lasted for five hours.
