Formby National Trust to close from 2.00pm

The Met Office have issued a yellow weather warning for high winds in Formby. For the safety of visitors, volunteers and staff the Victoria Road car park and all toilets will be closed from 2pm.

We hope to be able to re-open by tomorrow afternoon and will share updates here.
Please bear with us as before we can open we will need to carry out tree safety checks. This can only be done once the wind gusts have reduced.

We're sorry for any impact this may have on your plans to visit. If you decide to venture out on foot, please stick to open spaces and away from woodland areas.
