Fountain on Lord Street in Southport overflows into gardens.

One of the Fountains at Southport's War Memorial has overflowed into the gardens surrounding it.

The grass is sodden and there is a foul smell coming from the water. Hundreds of midges are buzzing around as well. Sefton Council have been told about  the problem.
