From Non-Contract Basis to Full Season: Dan Pike Signs Up with Southport

Defender Dan Pike has committed to Southport for the 2025-26 season

We’re delighted to announce that Dan Pike has signed terms with Southport for the 2025-26 season, with the option of an extra season in the Club’s favour.

After joining at the beginning of March on a non-contract basis, Dan made 6 appearances in the National League North, but in that short time showed his clear quality, quickly acknowledged by the fans as someone they would like to see in a gold shirt next season.

Prior to signing at Haig Avenue, the right-back played in the League of Ireland Premier Division with Dundalk, making 9 appearances. Dan is no stranger to Port Manager Neil Danns, having played at Tranmere Rovers in the 2023-24 season, when Neil was Assistant Manager at Prenton Park.
