George Owen Receives Three-Year CBO for Shoplifting Offences and Jail Time

This is George Owen  
He’s been jailed for 20 weeks after he pleaded guilty to multiple shoplifting offences across Ormskirk.

Owen, 56, of Birkrig, Skelmersdale appeared at Preston Magistrates Court yesterday where he was also given a three-year CBO (Criminal Behaviour Order) with the following conditions:

• Prohibited from entering parts of Ormskirk Town Centre.
• Prohibited from entering any B&M Bargains store.
