Great win for Southport FC academy

Southport FC Academy side progressed to the next round of the Lancashire Youth Cup with a fine 5-0 win over Burnley Belvedere yesterday.

It was a very good performance particularly in the first half when the lads went 4-0 up.

Burnley came into it more in the second half but found the home ‘keeper in great form and there was no way past him.
