With winter right around the corner, there are two events coming up which are ideal for older Sefton residents.

Keep Warm, Keep Well is a collaboration between Sefton Council and Sefton OPERA, a charitable organisation which provides health and wellbeing support to older residents.

The events, sponsored this year by Ecogee, are completely free to attend and there's no need to book.

Come and join us

Aimed at residents over 50 years of age, the activities are designed to help improve everyday quality of life.

They include exercises, massages and health checks.

Sefton Council staff will also be on hand to show attendees how they can make changes to heat their homes more efficiently. People can learn more about retrofit and how they can be healthier, warmer and happier at home.

On top of all the above (and more), there'll be entertainment, refreshments and free goody bags.
