Healthwatch Sefton Seeking Public Opinion on NHS App

nhsapp

Healthwatch Sefton has launched a survey to find out what people think of NHS App.

It only takes a few minutes to complete, and the feedback will be used to help make sure digital services work for everyone.

Simple and secure way to access NHS services

The NHS App is designed to give people a simple and secure way to access NHS services on a smartphone, tablet or computer. Many people use it to order repeat prescriptions, book appointments or view their medical record.

The survey is open to anyone who lives or works in Sefton or uses NHS services in the area. Completing it will help Healthwatch Sefton understand:

  • who uses the NHS App and who doesn’t.

  • what helps or prevents people from using it.

  • whether people feel comfortable giving feedback or raising concerns online.

  • what support people might need if more services move online.

You can take the survey here.

All answers anonymous

Healthwatch Sefton is committed to data security and privacy. All answers are anonymous and you will not be asked to provide any personal information. Responses to the survey will be treated in accordance with data protection legislation and local Healthwatch privacy policies.

The NHS is also increasingly collecting patient feedback digitally. This can be convenient, but it doesn’t work for everyone. We want to make sure people can give feedback and access services in a way that suits them, so nobody is excluded or disadvantaged.

If you need this survey in another format (paper, large print or by telephone), please contact Healthwatch Sefton on 0800 206 1304 or via email atinfo@healthwatchsefton.co.uk.
