Hey Amigos nightclub in Southport issue statement after girl seriously injured falling from balcony

In light of recent events we just want to say all of our thoughts are with the young girl, her family and friends at this difficult time. We hope everyone can understand that this has shaken all of us and we can't comment or reply to messages about what's happened.

However we can say we're doing everything we possibly can to help the Police with whatever they need.

A spokesperson for Merseyside police said...

"We were called to reports over concern for safety at around 2.55am after a woman fell from a balcony.

"A woman in her 20s was taken to hospital where she is in a critical condition. Officers remain at the scene and we're not looking for anyone in connection to the incident."
