Woodlands Animal Sanctuary is throwing open its doors for a special Rehoming Evening on Thursday 23rd April, from 3pm to 7pm, giving cat lovers across the region the perfect opportunity to meet the cats currently available for rehoming — in a relaxed, informal setting with no booking required.
Whether you have been thinking about rehoming for a while, are still weighing up whether the time is right, or simply want to learn more about what the process involves; this evening is designed with you in mind. There is no obligation and no pressure — just a warm welcome from the Woodlands team and the chance to meet some truly wonderful cats who are ready for their next chapter.
What to Expect on the Night
Visitors are welcome to drop in at any point between 3pm and 7pm. During the evening you will be able to:
Meet all of the cats currently available for rehoming at the sanctuary
Spend time getting to know individual cats in a calm and unhurried environment
Chat to the Woodlands team about any cat’s history, personality, and needs
Ask any questions you have about the rehoming process, what is involved, and what to expect
Learn more about life at Woodlands and the work the sanctuary does every day
No Booking Required
This is a drop-in event — there is no need to book a place or register in advance. Simply arrive at any time between 3pm and 7pm and the team will be on hand to welcome you. The evening is open to anyone with an interest in rehoming or who would simply like to find out more.
