Last Kitten from Rescued Litter Seeks Forever Home Before Siblings Leave This Week
Woodlands Animal Sanctuary is urgently seeking a loving home for the final kitten from a litter of five who were rescued from behind a Preston takeaway earlier this year. The smallest member of Zebadee’s litter, is the only one to not have been chosen for a happy ever after.
The five kittens and their mother were discovered in distressing circumstances behind a local takeaway, covered in turmeric sauce, hungry, cold and frightened. Thanks to the dedicated care provided by Woodlands Animal Sanctuary, all five kittens have thrived and are now ready for their new start.
With all four of his siblings set to move into their forever homes by the end of this week, the team are desperate that this deserving little chap doesn’t get left on his own. The sanctuary is keen to ensure he doesn't face being alone after spending his entire young life surrounded by his family.
"This little kitten has a wonderful personality," said Becky, one of the rescues Animal Carers, "He loves cuddles and playtime, has a healthy appetite, enjoys company, and is incredibly affectionate. He's been through so much in his short life and deserves a loving family who will give him the security and care he needs."
The kitten is playful, sociable, and enjoys both active play sessions and cosy snuggles. He would make an ideal companion for a family ready to welcome a new furry friend into their home. He has had his first vaccination, is up to date with flea and worm treatments and is microchipped. He really is all ready, but with nowhere to go.
Woodlands Animal Sanctuary, which cares for 55 cats and kittens across West Lancashire, is appealing to the public to help spread the word and find this deserving kitten his perfect match.
