Live Sounds Video. All the action and chat from Heat Four of Southport Battle of the Bands

It was another night of excellent live music for Heat Four of the Southport Battle of the Bands held in the Banff club on Friday night, writes Martin Hovden.

There are also interviews with my fellow guest judge Hayley Jones, well known on the Southport music scene, plus Tom Ashcroft and Mike Stubbings from Burscough-based Some Time Today who are already through to the the semi-finals.

The first semi-final takes place this Friday, 5 August, at the Banff. Doors open at 7.30pm with admission at just £3. Don't miss it.
