The ‘Living Well’ bus will be visiting Sefton offering immunisations, health checks, and mental wellbeing support.

Sefton stops

  • Saturday 26th April - 10.30am - 4pm - 26 - 28 Chapel Street, Southport, PR8 1AL

  • Tuesday 29th April - 10.30am - 4pm - Lidl Seaforth, Wellington Road, Seaforth, L21 6PD 

  • Thursday 1st May - 10.30am - 4pm - Morrisons Maghull, 1 Stafford Moreton Way, Maghull, L31 2PH

  • Wednesday 7th May - 10.30am - 4pm - location to be confirmed

  • Thursday 15th May - 10.30am - 4pm - location to be confirmed

  • Friday 16th May - 10.30am - 4pm - location to be confirmed

Consistent health and care

The service, which is delivered by the Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust, was launched in June 2022 to offer a consistent health and care approach across communities across Cheshire and Merseyside. All activity is recorded and shared with your GP, ensuring ongoing understanding and support for your health is in place.
