Man arrested after large amount of drugs found in Southport flat
On Thursday 21st April, officers from the Southport Neighbourhood Team along with officers from the Sefton Targeted Policing Team conducted a warrant at an address in Leyland Road in Southport.
Four people were detained at the property while a number of flats were searched. During the search a large amount of class B and class C drugs were found, including amphetamines, along with property believed to have been stolen from local shops.
A 55 year old man was arrested on suspicion of posession with intent to supply class B and class C drugs and posession of suspected stolen property.
