Man detained after stolen Scooter recovered in Burscough

After helping our traffic colleagues in Preston, by identifying and seizing a stolen caravan, South RTF have detained a male in Burscough and seized this scooter. Enquiries have proven the scooter to be stolen, the detained male will be interviewed in relation to his involvement, and the vehicle will be returned to its rightful owner.
