Man remanded in custody and charged with knifepoint robbery after incident in West Street Southport

Following reports of a knife point robbery on West Street in Southport on Bank Holiday Monday, Police Officers from the Neighbourhood Policing Team at Southport police station, arrested a 18 year old man on Friday 6th May.

Lewis King, from Netherton has since been charged with two counts of robbery and one of attempted robbery, and  was remanded in custody.
