Merry Christmas from Southport Police

A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM THE SOUTHPORT LOCAL POLICING TEAM.

Pictured is Constable Greenwood in Birkdale village a few weeks ago, when Santa paid a visit to the Christmas Fayre.

And following the arrest of a man for multiple thefts recently, a stolen bike was able to be returned back it's owner in the last couple of days.

We will have officers on duty across the whole of the Christmas period. Please watch for crime prevention messages over the Christmas weekend and into New Year, to help you avoid becoming victims of crime.
