Merseyrail Announces Fare Changes Effective from September 15
Following a six-month price freeze, a fare increase will come into effect from Sunday 15 September.
The fare changes to Day Saver, Skelmersdale Train Link, Merseyrail Only Railpass and Young Person tickets can be found below.
To check the new price of single and return tickets for your journey please use the Merseyrail app Journey Planner, selecting a travel date of 15 September or later.
Prices of Saveaway, TRIO and Railpass that includes travel on the City Line increased in March and will not change on Sunday 15 September. The price of the Merseyrail Family Ticket has been frozen.
