Can you assist our colleagues at Herts Police? They are trying to close a 20 year old investigation into two sexual assaults that happened in Harpenden in 2003, although the suspect could now be anywhere in the UK.
Herts Police have issued the e-fit below. Take a look. Do you recognise this man? It's estimated that he would now be in his late 50s.
