Mindless idiot fills Southport fountain with bubble bath

A mindless idiot has filled a fountain in the gardens outside The Vincent Hotel with bubble bath this morning (May 25th).

There are bubbles blowing everywhere in the gusty wind.

Years ago the old concrete fountain that was demolished outside The Atkinson was regularly filled with bubbles.
