More disruption on Merseyrail Southport line

Due to a track fault between Formby and Hightown the Southport line is disrupted. Disruption is expected until 17:00 05/03.
Impact:
Train services between Southport and Liverpool Cntrl Northern have been suspended between Sandhills and Southport.
Customer Advice:
Replacement road transport services are conveying passengers between Moorfields and Southport in both directions until further notice.
