Motor scooter dumped in Southport's Marine Lake

Mindless thieves or vandals have dumped a motor scooter in Southport's Marine Lake. The scooter is in the water by the middle section of the Venetian Bridge in the Kings Gardens.

At the moment there does not appear to be any fluids leaking out of it. It is not known if the scooter has been stolen or just dumped.
