Motorbike rider seriously injured in Marine Drive crash in Southport

A Merseyside Police spokeswoman said

"We received reports at around 5.35pm on 7th June to reports of a Road Traffic Collision on Marshside Road and the Marine Drive between a white Toyota Aygo and a motorbike. The rider of the motorbike, a 19-year-old male, was taken to hospital with a serious injury to his leg."
