"No use crying over spilt milk" as Bates Wagon sheds load near Hesketh Park in Southport

As the saying goes "There's no use crying over spilt milk"

The driver of a Bates Farms And Dairy wagon lost his load of milk after going around the roundabout at Park Crescent near Hesketh Park this morning. Hundreds of smashed milk bottles were strewn across the road.

Police have closed the road to allow for a clean-up operation. The man cleaning up the mess is not the driver of the vehicle.

Its not clear how the accident happened but one of the doors on the wagon must not have been closed properly.
