Operation Pelican Scores Major Win: Southport Duo Sentenced for Drug Supply

COURT RESULT| Operation Pelican Officers welcome the sentencing of Arlie BAILEY, 22, of Stanley Street, Southport and James BRACKEN, 42, of Bath Street, Southport for Drug Supply

This was following an arrest on 21st March 2022 whereby 1kg of Heroin was recovered from the rear of an off-duty taxi in the Netherton area.

BAILEY received 46 months imprisonment
BRACKEN received a 12 month community order
Money forfeited will be donated to the courts monthly charity
